We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your Pawlio purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at joeholmseey@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, pet grooming items that have been used cannot be returned.
