Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Times We source our products from trusted international suppliers to bring you quality pet supplies at great prices. As a result, delivery times are longer than local retailers:
- Australia: 10–20 business days (standard) / 7–12 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order's journey.
Delays Occasionally, customs or high-demand periods may cause delays beyond our estimated timeframes. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
